Creative Flooring Designs is looking for an experienced project manager in the flooring, renovation, construction industry. Must be a self-starter, ability to work with a team, have excellent communication skills, be adaptable to an ever-growing company, and be willing to learn and grow with the team.
Required Skills:
- 10 years of construction experience
- Demonstrate efficient estimating processes
- Ability to provide a history of start to finish project management industry standards
- Advanced knowledge of installation methods, materials, and tools involved in the construction industry
- Proven ability to provide supervision on projects
Job Responsibilities:
Project Management – from start to finish:
- Work with to review scope of work with installers and homeowners
- Schedule all sub-contractors in order of priority
- Ensure correct products are available for installation
- Job site visits every other day (at minimum)
- Ability to solve issues with team to ensure timeliness and satisfaction
Estimating & Sale of Flooring, Bathroom and Kitchen Projects:
- Provide on property measurements/consultations with homeowners
- Produce and present estimates efficiently and effectively
- Review all materials with Owners for approval
- Meet potential clients in the showroom to review estimates and materials
- Collect deposits, payments and final balances
Provide training and assistance to all co-workers
- Work with sales team on kitchen/bathroom layouts and designs
- Be capable of explaining all materials to team and homeowners
- Assist with pricing to ensure correct pricing for team estimates
- Installation experience and ability to train on correct installation methods for all materials
- Assist in ordering materials through national and local vendors
Preferred Skills:
- Work with all programs for designing and estimating purposes
- Ability to work with and take direction from Owner and Office Manager
- Bring ideas to continue growth of Creative Flooring Designs
- Produce and post to social media 2 – 3 times each week

Position will require approximately 50 hours per week to be successful.
Saturday shifts will be required in the showroom on a rotating basis with sales team.
