Creative Flooring Designs is looking for Sales Manager / Estimator to join our team. Must be a motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented Sales Manager/Estimator with a passion for excellence and a strong drive to succeed within a locally owned organization. Required Experience:
- 5 years in a flooring, construction sales and estimator role
- Proven ability to conduct precise measurements and assessments of projects
- Execute efficient error free estimates to customers
- Consistently aim to exceed established sales targets and performance benchmarks
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting.
- Present and promote products effectively to both prospective and existing customers.
- Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Meet with salesperson to review the scope of work with installers and homeowners.
- Job site visits every other day (at minimum)
- Problem solves with the team to ensure timeliness and satisfaction.
- Meet potential clients in the showroom to review estimates and materials.
- Collect deposits, payments, and final balances
- Assist in ordering materials through national and local vendors.
- Offer ideas to change/grow and better Creative Flooring Designs
- Re-post Creative Flooring Designs social media posts/reels to increase online presence
- Work within a team setting and take direction from Owner and Office Manager
Preferred Skills:
- Past experience with computer programs for designing and estimating purposes
- Bring ideas to continue growth of Creative Flooring Designs
- Social Media Experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with excellent attention to detail

Position will require approximately 50 hours per week to be successful.
Saturday shifts will be required in the showroom on a rotating basis with sales team.
